What is my testing approach

What is my main focus?

Ensuring that software not only works as intended but also delivers seamless, user-friendly experiences by identifying potential pain points and eliminating them before users encounter them.

What do I do to achieve the goal?

I approach testing as a process of discovery. Whether I’m working with clear requirements or conducting exploratory testing, I uncover critical scenarios that could impact the user experience. I prioritize empathy-driven testing to think like a user while maintaining a precise focus on functionality, reliability, and performance. I look for both obvious and hidden issues, exploring edge cases, unexpected behaviors, and complex interactions.

How do I approach the testing process?

I approach each tested area as an investigation, carefully walking through the user's perspective while validating every detail with a tester’s precision. I combine exploratory testing with structured scenarios, ensuring all critical flows are covered. For me, testing is about improving both software and the overall user experience—creating tools that are intuitive, effective, and enjoyable to use.

What is my design approach

What is my main focus?

Delivering simple tailored digital functionalities to help people with their daily tasks, making finding information and using tools as easy as possible.

What do I do to achieve the goal?

First of all, I go down the rabbit hole in research to get strong fundaments. I believe it's crucial to fully understand the problem, as well as users' and business goals, allowing room to discover mutually satisfactory solutions. I base my decisions on content analysis and I meticulously design on its findings.

How do I approach the UI?

I incorporate visual elements focusing on people, striving to achieve minimalist yet concise and useful interactions.

What are my research abilities?

My competence and facility in conducting the research and interpreting the results has been growing in academic field and evidence for that are great reviews of my two theses (See testimonials).
